As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, was transferred to the Agricultural Cooperative account in the name of the Defendant, KRW 21 million, including KRW 5 million around July 18, 2017, KRW 5 million around August 1, 2017, KRW 5 million around August 14, 2017, KRW 3 million around October 25, 2017, KRW 5 million around October 25, 2017, and KRW 3 million around January 5, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

Since 2012, the Defendant was engaged in the business affairs of the F.S. Co., Ltd., the corporation of solar power generation facilities in Busan Shipping Daegu E.

On February 24, 2015, the Defendant entered into a contract for construction of solar power generation facilities on the victim H’s farm located in Busan-gun G, Busan-gun, stating that “the electricity is produced if the solar power generation facilities are installed, the profit occurs if the solar power generation facilities are supplied before this electricity is installed, and the construction contract is entered into on the land of the elderly, as it is possible to install solar power generation facilities on the land of the elderly.” On the victim’s land, the Defendant entered into a contract for construction of 100 KW solar power generation facilities with the total construction cost of KRW 30 million, down payment amount

Since March 2015, the defendant is the victim's land from the person in charge of the F Bank of Korea.
