A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Special intimidation Defendant is a person driving a BA-to-purd vehicle.

On September 19, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car at around 00:37, and proceeded along the two-lanes of the road near the shooting range at the window of Changwon city, along the window of the small square, along the two-lanes.
