A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall possess, distribute, process, keep or sell fishery resources captured and gathered in violation of an order issued under the Fisheries Act or any products thereof.

On June 18, 2013, at around 12:00, the Defendant purchased two fireworks (10kgs per ice 10kg) containing about 7kg in length, from a fishery product dealer on his name, and kept approximately 7kg in order to sell approximately 7kg in length from D located in Kunsan-si operated by himself on June 19, 2013.
