A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Victim C is an operator of E in Busan Shipping Daegu D, and the defendant is a director of G branch in Busan Shipping Daegu F3th floor.

On March 1, 2015, the Defendant called the victim at the Busan Shipping Daegu F and the third floor G branch on March 1, 2015, and called the victim “I will work at the H construction site and I construction site.”

A false statement stating that the sum of 1,250,000 won per day of human beings is remitted to others, and that it was remitted from the damaged person as a daily allowance for human beings.

However, in fact, the defendant did not put the body of persons at the above construction site, and it was thought that the money received from the damaged person as a daily allowance was used for personal debt repayment.

Ultimately, the Defendant, as seen above, was accused of the victim and received KRW 1,250,00 from the victim, and received KRW 135,680,000 via the same method from around that time to April 30, 2015, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, from around 61 times.
