1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 39 million and the amount of KRW 20 million among them, from September 4, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

3. The Plaintiff partially dismissed claimed payment of 5% per annum from August 17, 2018 to the delivery date of a duplicate of the complaint of this case, and 24% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment. However, there is no evidence to deem that there was an agreement on the due date for payment of 15 million won (Evidence A3 and 4) and an agreement on the due date for payment of 4 million won (Evidence A6 to 8). Thus, the Plaintiff dismissed the claim for interest of 15 million won from August 17, 2018 to the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint of this case, and with respect to 4 million won, the damages for delay calculated with 5% per annum under the Civil Act from the next day to the day of delivery of the duplicate of the complaint of this case and with 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of complete payment.
