Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A driving Otoba, caused a traffic accident on purpose against vehicles violating traffic regulations, and caused a traffic accident by negligence, thereby accepting an accident from an insurance company, which pretending to have caused the traffic accident, or by falsely claiming insurance money as if the damage had occurred, even though it did not actually cause damage, Defendant A received insurance money from the insurance company.

around 18:27 on May 12, 2017, the Defendant was driving FOtoba in front of the road located in the Busan Seo-gu, Busan, and proceeded with the first line. At the time, the Defendant discovered and intentionally caused an accident to the said first line, conducted as if the accident occurred due to the negligence of the said G, and requested G to process insurance, and had the victim receive insurance from the victim, as described in No. 1 of the attached Table No. 1, the Defendant received total of KRW 2,511,260 from May 18, 2017 to June 19, 2017, and received total of KRW 2,51,260 from the victim to February 13, 2019 as stated in the attached Table No. 2616, Mar. 26, 2016;

2. Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C had intentionally caused a traffic accident and attempted to receive insurance proceeds by pretending to have caused a traffic accident by negligence.

On April 18, 2018, at around 22:50, the Defendants set up the KOba and the LObab owned by Defendant A and Defendant C on the front of the Busan YJ, and subsequently, Defendant B intentionally concealed two MM5 vehicles by driving the MM5 vehicles, and filed a false claim for insurance money with Defendant N as if the accident occurred due to negligence.

As above, the Defendants conspired to deception the victim, thereby deceiving the victim.
