A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

B. On July 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sent a notice to “Thnbababababab,” on the bulletin board at the place where it was located; (b) sent a false notice to the victim E who visited the victim, stating that “I would immediately deliver KRW 60,000 won upon the face of the transfer.”

However, even if the defendant receives a remittance from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to deliver the handout.

The defendant received 60,000 won from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative (D) account in the name of C, and acquired it by fraud.

다. 피고인은 2014. 7. 4.경 불상의 장소에서 중고물품 거래 인터넷 사이트 번개장터에 접속하여 그 곳 게시판에 “지샥 손목시계를 판매한다”는 글을 게시한 후 이를 보고 연락한 피해자 F에게 “42,000원을 송금해 주면 즉시 배송해주겠다”고 거짓말을 하였다.
