A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From March 2013 to April 201 of the same year, the Defendant removed each side and rear number plate of the vehicle registered in the name of the Defendant in the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul apartment parking lot, and then installed it in the front and rear part of the vehicle in the front and rear of the vehicle, and around that time, the Defendant used the car number plate of the air gate for the purpose of exercising the car by illegally using the car number plate, and exercised the car number plate, which is the air gate, for the purpose of exercising the car by driving the car with the car from the above place to the G entrance parking lot located in Gyeonggi-gu.

2. On June 2013, at the G entrance parking lot located in the Gyeonggi Pyeong-gun F, the Defendant: (a) removed the front and rear number plate of the vehicle registered in the name of the Defendant for the purpose of obtaining the repair of the vehicle; and (b) installed it in the front and rear part of the vehicle in the front and rear of the vehicle in the Ethsa halog, and around that time, delivered the vehicle to H through the articles of the vehicle with a width halog, on which the C number plate is attached, with which the name of the vehicle cannot be identified; and (c) used the car number plate for the purpose of exercising the vehicle; and (d) exercised the car number plate, which is the illegally used air.
