1. The sentence against the accused shall be 15,000,000 won;

Punishment of the crime

[2016 Highest 374] On May 7, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on April 28, 201, and a fine of 4.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the same court on April 28, 201, respectively. On May 3, 2012, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a period of ten months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving). On July 17, 2015, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a year of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving on drinking) at the same court on July 25, 2015.

At around 16:25 on May 2, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license on the front road in E in Jinjin-si D on the front road, 0.156% of blood alcohol concentration, 1m.

As a result, the Defendant again driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of the above provision as a person who has violated the prohibition of drinking without obtaining a driver's license.

Nevertheless, around April 6, 2016, the Defendant discharged livestock excreta from manure companies, which are livestock excreta discharge facilities, through underwater pumps and ices, through which livestock excreta can be discharged halfway at livestock pens (total 5 Dong, total 1,229.4m, total area of 1,29.4m, and swine 450ms) operated by the Defendant.
