Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around December 17, 2019, the Defendant entered the military team at the 36th rank in the prime city, but was discharged from the military around the around the 19th of the same month on the grounds of the adjustment of military life, etc. On the same day, the Defendant, who was living in the city bus, went to the new bank distance station in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government where the Defendant was living before the moving to the red-scale in his residence.

B. Around January 4, 2020, the Defendant and B, around 06:20 on January 4, 2020, placed the victim H in the vicinity of her head at the fifth floor of a soup G in Dongjak-gu Seoul, Dongjak-gu, Seoul.
