A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has been holding a Class 7 marine fishery officer in Gangwon B Gun Tourism Policy and a Class 6 mate's license for local marine fishery personnel belonging to the C Team.
