Punishment of the crime

On April 6, 2019, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at Kimcheon-ro, Kimcheon-ro, 111 in the Kimcheon-ro, Kimcheon-ro, Kimcheon-ro, and was unable to smoke in the passage of 3-4 when the said train was operated.
