Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On August 11, 2014, at around 21:41, the Defendant, without a vehicle driver’s license, driven C rocketing car at approximately 1 km prior to the station in the Soak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Area B in the same Gu unit, starting from the workplace in front of the Soak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Area, and driving the C rocketing car to the same Gu unit up to 641 water reduction.
