A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is an employee of Dong-dong Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dong-dong Construction"), and Defendant B is a representative director of the F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "F"), who is engaged in construction business.

1. Notwithstanding that a person who has contracted or executed construction works by using the name or trade name of another constructor, or has not lent a construction business registration certificate or construction business registration pocket book, the accused shall:
