1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
. At the time of securing a contract and completing a contract, obtain an approval by submitting a plan for disposal of earth and sand and obtain an approval (illegal reclamation, illegal diversion) 1-7. To bring in a good quality earth and sand after obtaining the approval of the Plaintiff, and without delay bring in a good quality earth and sand;

B. On November 10, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with E with respect to the land owned by it (hereinafter “instant land”).
-Lease land address: F G (C. 3400 square meters): - Rent of KRW 20 million in 1 year: the rental period of KRW 20 million in 20 million in 1 year: from November 10, 2014 to December 30, 2015;
C. On November 8, 2014, H, an employee of the Defendant Company, transferred KRW 20 million in total to E at the Plaintiff’s request from the head of the Plaintiff’s official duties, and KRW 5 million in total, transferred from the Plaintiff’s on-site agent J to each lessor on November 12, 2014.
Since then, the above I received KRW 5 million from the Defendant representative L on December 30, 2014 from the Defendant representative director L and paid KRW 15 million to J and H.
At the Plaintiff’s request, the Defendant entered approximately KRW 43,00 cubic meters of earth and sand from the construction of the instant case into the instant land. On December 31, 2015, the Defendant completed the instant construction and received the remaining construction cost on January 2016.
E. After November 27, 2015, the Plaintiff made a contract amount of KRW 3.4 billion and the construction period from November 27, 2015 to November 30, 2016 with respect to incidental civil works among the new apartment construction works.
