1. The Defendant connects the Plaintiff with each point of the attached Form 4, 5, 6, and 4 among the land size of 215 square meters in Jeju-si.

Basic Facts

A. On February 7, 2002, the Plaintiff purchased D large scale 245 square meters (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s land”) and its ground building (hereinafter “instant building”) in Jeju-si, and completed the registration of ownership transfer.
