1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and two months;

Punishment of the crime

On September 8, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at Busan District Court on September 8, 2009 and completed the execution of the sentence on September 17, 2010.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

On February 2, 2012, the Defendant was aware of approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs, a psychotropic drug, in the Defendant’s residence located in Busan Sho-gu, Busan.
