1. The defendant received KRW 49,250,000 from the plaintiff and simultaneously received KRW 49,250,000 from the plaintiff the first floor of the real estate stated in the attached Table.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a regional housing association that has its business implementation zone of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and is the owner of the real estate indicated in the attached Table (hereinafter “instant building”).
