Punishment of the crime

1. On April 5, 2020, Defendant A with special confinement of the Defendants knew that the victim D (18 years of age) did not fully repay 10 million won he/she borrowed from himself/herself and knew that he/she had fleds, and on the same month, he/she identified the residence of the victim through his/her son.

9. At around 23:30, Defendant B and C met with Defendant B and C in the vicinity of the Shodong-dong, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and Defendant B and C conspired with this and expressed that Defendant B and C forced the victim to move the victim into the Shodong-gu, Seoul-gun.

On the 10th 01:00 of the same month, at around 04:00 on the same day, the Defendants came to the front of the FF lending, which is the victim’s residence, and parked the said car in the FFD parking lot, and the victim was waiting to leave the said BFD.

At around 15:30 on the same day, the Defendants reported that the victim was released from the above Ba, and obstructed the victim's front of about 30 meters in K7-meter, and Defendant B went off from the vehicle, followed the victim's face by drinking at the vehicle, and interfered with the victim's face at a time when the victim's face was taken. Defendant A also went off from the vehicle to the driver's seat at the time of the victim's hand, and Defendant B and A forced the victim to go into the back of the above vehicle, and Defendant B and A forced the victim to go into the back of the above vehicle, and detained the victim for about 94 meters from the back of the vehicle to the middle of the road at around 94 meters.

As a result, the Defendants detained the victim by showing multiple power.

2. The Defendant committed the crime of Defendant B, at around 15:30 of Apr. 10, 2020, is the head of the Silan-si, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si.
