The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged is a related person who has been divorced with the victim B (Inn, 38 years of age). On September 29, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim by her hand on several occasions while she had a dispute as a matter of raising the victim and his/her child at the victim’s residence of the Yansan-si C apartment D around 19:30 on September 29, 201.

2. Crimes of non-compliance with judgment: A judgment dismissing a request from a victim for a punishment under Article 260 (3) and (1) of the Criminal Act: A judgment dismissing a request from the Jeonju District Court on July 9, 2019, which was submitted after the prosecution of this case, to the effect that the victim does not want to be punished as stated in the protocol of mediation: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
