Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] The defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan High Court on October 6, 199, and was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for the same crime, etc. on August 25, 2004 at the Busan District Court Branch Branch Branch Branch of the Incheon District Court, and was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for the same crime on December 26, 2007 at the Daejeon District Court Branch of the Republic of Korea. [Criminal facts]

1. On March 27, 2018, around 17:15, the Defendant damaged the amount that could not know the repair cost by destroying the front door glass from the victim D’s residence located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si.

2. Intrusion upon residence;

A. The Defendant shouldered the front door glass at the same time, at the same time, and at the same place as above, and opened the front door and intrusion upon the said victim’s residence.

As a result, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times with prison labor due to larceny, and has committed larceny again during the period of repeated crime.
