A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 08:30 on March 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) took a conversation to receive money from the victim C (the age of 18) in a five string room in the Gu, Si, Gu, Si, 2019; (b) took the victim’s hand, she was frighted into the victim’s shoulder; (c) taken the victim’s shoulder; (d) taken the victim’s shoulder into the bed; (e) taken the victim’s shoulder; (e) taken the victim’s shoulder; (e) taken the victim’s shoulder; and (e) took the victim’s shoulder while getting the victim to sit between the Defendant’s shoulder, the Defendant she was unable to get the victim’s finger and brought the victim’s finger into the victim’s finger; and (e) took the victim’s chest to the victim’s breast, forced the victim to take the victim’s finger towards the victim’s finger; and (e) took the victim’s chest into the victim’s chest, and forced the victim’s finger.
