1. On May 7, 1993, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for special larceny in the Jeonju District Court’s Gunsan Branch, which was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years. On July 4, 1995, the Defendant was sentenced to a imprisonment for a maximum of eight months and a short of six months at the Jeonju District Court’s Jeonju District Court’s Gunsan Branch on April 27, 199, sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for special larceny; on June 15, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes Act at the Jeonju District Court’s Gunsan Branch on June 15, 2002; and on April 30, 1992, the Defendant was subject to juvenile protective disposition.
On May 16, 2014, at around 10:30 on May 16, 2014, the Defendant got into front of the Victim L, which is located in Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, and had 224,00 won in cash, which is owned by the victim, by intrudeing the victim's house into the back door of the opening of the house.
The Defendant, as well as this habitually from around that time to July 11, 2014, stolen or attempted to steals another’s property worth a total of 43,979,000 won, such as the list of crimes in the annexed sheet, on a total of 29 occasions.
