1. The defendant expresses his intention to transfer the shares listed in the separate sheet to the plaintiff, and to the non-party C.

1. In the process of establishing Nonparty C on January 25, 2002, the Plaintiff acquired the shares listed in the separate sheet in the name of the Defendant and trusted the title to the Defendant. After that, the Defendant is registered as a shareholder listed in the register of shareholders of C, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to terminate the above title trust on January 15, 2015, and the fact that C did not issue the real share certificates, etc., may be acknowledged by taking account of the entire purport of the pleadings as a whole, either the dispute between the parties or the facts that C did not issue the real share certificates, etc.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to express his/her intention to transfer the shares listed in the separate sheet that is terminated in the title trust to the plaintiff and to notify C that he/she transferred the shares to the plaintiff.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable.
