Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant B operates the “D Sung-type Hospital” (hereinafter “instant hospital”), and Defendant C is a doctor working at the instant hospital.
B. On May 17, 2012, the Plaintiff, who was within the instant hospital, and was placed in a fluorial body, was consulted with the Plaintiff on the fact that the nose appears to have a large amount of the brue, and was under a cluoral surgery to improve it.
