Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 04:00 on December 19, 201, the Defendant was seated on the back seat of Durina vehicle operated by C, who is the Defendant’s working at the front of Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu.
