Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a cargo vehicle B and C.

On February 16, 2016, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle around 08:30 on February 16, 2016, and led to the flow of the road in front of the 281-do, Yellow-do, Mann-si, Kim Jong-do, to the direction of the border from the 00-do.

At all times, snow is stored side of each road, and the road is milched, so there was a duty of care to reduce speed in preparation for the section in which a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle and to drive the motor vehicle safely by checking well.
