Reasons
Punishment of the crime
B The actual operator of D Co., Ltd., a vice-si C and 202 Dong 605, LLD, the Defendant, who served as the above company accounting employee from March 3, 2014 to May 31, 2016, and E, from May 1, 2014 to March 31, 2016, was registered as a false employee.
1. Joint crimes of defendants, B, and E;
A. Fraud, B, and E entered as if they were employed by the branch of the Defendant as an employee, who is the branch of the Defendant, due to the difficulty of the Defendant Company D, and acquired relevant subsidies such as subsidies for employment security, and they conspired to receive employment contingent allowances.
