Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of BSM 520 passenger cars.

No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, at around 10:30 on November 20, 2017, the Defendant operated the foregoing vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance in a section of about five kilometers from the front of the examination site for the license of the North Korean father located in the Seopo-dong, Seopo-dong, Busan, to the front of the same city C.
