Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows:

1. On July 14, 2016, at around 16:00, the Defendant administered narcotics, etc. by mixing approximately 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs with water, from 301 Ecomto 301, psychotropic drugs, namely, psychotropic drugs.

2. On July 15, 2016, around 17:00, the Defendant: (a) stored approximately 1.46g of philopon in the G coffee specialty store located in Busan LOF; and (b) stored them in vinyl crophones, and possessed narcotics, etc. in a plastic machine.

3. On July 15, 2016, around 17:03, the Defendant: (a) stored approximately 183.30 gylphones in the Henz car parked on the front of the above coffee specialty; (b) stored approximately 183.30 gylphones in 19 plastic bags, and carried narcotics, etc. in a household located on the driver’s seat.
