Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[In fact] The defendant and the victim C (46 tax) are the same kind of relationship with each other, and the victim D (46 tax) is a person who is not aware of the defendant, and the victims are partners.

[2] On April 21, 2017, at around 22:40, the Defendant: (a) was in a “F restaurant” operated by the victims in Ansan-si; (b) was in the process of drinking alcohol between the victims during one week and the denial of the Defendant; (c) was aware that the victims were at the time of the denial of the Defendant; and (d) was aware of the victims; and (c) was able to look at the victims, and then (d) the victims were aware of the victim’s face at the time of the victim’s own drinking; and (d) the victim was able to walk the victim’s face at once on one occasion, and continued to walk the victim’s face at the victim’s face at the victim’s seat at the victim’s hand.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim D on the left of the chrons that require approximately two weeks of treatment, and injury on the victim C, such as brain-dead sugar without an open head in need of approximately three weeks of treatment.
