A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the director of the Csports Center in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and the victim D (V, 16 years old) was a member of the above sports center from December 2, 2016.

The defendant led the victim to a shooting movement, such as booming the victim, and formed a friendly relationship with the victim through the process of dividing the victim into a day by taking the victim as a sports center or guiding a personal campaign, and he was aware well that the juvenile of an internal nature easily resisting or coping with the victim's 40th gymnasium leader who instructs the victim, the defendant's 40th gymnasium leader who is in charge of the victim's gymnasium, and led the victim to have sexual intercourse by using it.

1. From March 2017 to April 4, 2017, the Defendant committed a noise between force: (a) around 18:00 on the date between around March 2017 to April of the same year; (b) at a sports center for the above comprehensive shooting of the victim; (c) while the victim visited a sports hall more than other spectators, the Defendant himself/herself gets off the victim’s right shoulder with his/her hand; (d) towing the victim into a male escape room located in the sports center; (e) shut down the victim’s room behind him/her; and (e) directed the victim to take off the floor at that place; (e) the victim’s finger by placing the victim’s finger on his/her floor to the victim’s body; and (e) continuing to remove the victim’s finger with his/her finger, and (e) placing the victim’s finger to the victim’s body and placing the victim’s finger into the victim’s body; and (e) making the victim’s finger into the victim’s body, despite his/her refusal of the victim’s body.
