The sales contract concluded on June 30, 2015 with respect to the ships listed in the separate sheet between the defendant and B is 18,604.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

3. Part 1) The Plaintiff seeking the revocation of the entire sales contract set forth in the attached list No. 1. However, since the value of the vessel set forth in the attached list exceeds the Plaintiff’s preserved claim amount, as well as the right to collateral security was set up on the above vessel after the conclusion of the above sales contract, the above sales contract is revoked within the scope of KRW 18,604,590 [=17,300,300 won per annum for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from November 25, 2015 to May 26, 2016, which is the date of closing the argument in this case, from the date of the above sales contract, until May 26, 2016 (=17,30,000,000 】 184/366 】 15% per annum, 105% per annum for delay from the date following the date of the above sales contract’s revocation, and 105% per annum for delay from the above 105% per annum.
