Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall lend a means of access in the course of receiving, demanding or promising any compensation.

Nevertheless, around April 26, 2019, the Defendant listened to the Defendant’s residence in the Gunsan-si B apartment C, and opened the KB securities account (D) in the name of the Defendant on the same day before opening the Defendant’s name in front of the Defendant’s residence, and issued a copy of the C Card, which is a means of access connected to the account, via Kwikset Service Articles.

As a result, the Defendant promised to provide a means of access in return for an intangible expectation interest that can receive future loans, and lent it to a person who has not been named.
