Punishment of the crime

On February 20, 2014, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.109%, the Defendant driven B rocketing car from approximately 500 meters to the narrow apartment road located in the articles of incorporation in Busan-gun, the military captain’s articles of incorporation of the Republic of Korea, from around 500 meters to the narrow apartment located in the articles of incorporation of the military captain of Busan-gun.
