The sales contract concluded on September 12, 2012 between the Defendants with respect to the real estate listed in the attached list No. 1 is 30,000.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff decided to invest in the development project for the E-Industrial Complex located in Yangyang-si, implemented by Defendant B, and paid KRW 10 million to Defendant B for the expenses on November 1, 2005, and KRW 200 million for the land purchase fund on December 12, 2005.

B. On November 30, 2010, the Plaintiff and Defendant B confirmed that the Plaintiff’s investment amount was KRW 200 million, and agreed to purchase land at KRW 200 million that Defendant B received from the Plaintiff and pay KRW 200 million to the Plaintiff according to the disposal of the land within the E complex in the future.

C. On September 12, 2012, Defendant B and its wife entered into a contract with Defendant C to sell real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “land No. 1”) in the separate sheet No. 58,000,000 (hereinafter “instant contract”) owned by Defendant B to Defendant C (hereinafter “instant contract”), and on February 18, 2013, Defendant B entered into a contract with Defendant C to donate each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2 and 3 (hereinafter “the instant contract”).

Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer on the land No. 1, October 15, 2012 in accordance with the instant sales contract and the instant donation contract, and on the land No. 2, and 3, February 27, 2013.

E. At the time of the conclusion of the instant contract, Defendant B owned each of the shares of 235/485 square meters in G forest No. 109,534 square meters, 120,780/702,400 square meters in G forest No. 120,534 square meters (hereinafter “5 land”), and 205 square meters in Pyang-si, Hayang-si (hereinafter “six land”). At the time of the conclusion of the instant contract, Defendant B owned each of the shares of 2,3,4,5, and 6 land at the time of the conclusion of the instant donation contract.

At the time of the conclusion of the instant sales contract and the gift contract, the transaction price of the land Nos. 1, 2, and 3 was KRW 58,00,00 each, and the price of the land No. 4 was KRW 5,102,164 (i.e., the officially announced land price of KRW 13,00 x 810 x 235/485) x 235/485) x the price of the land No. 5 x 14,276,727 (i.e., the officially announced land price of KRW 758 x 109,534 x 120,780/70
