1. The Plaintiff:
A. The defendant delivers the building indicated in the attached list to the defendant.
B. Money in KRW 33,516,000 and its amount.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim and the changed grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment by public notice (the plaintiff claimed 20% of the damages for delay under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, but the statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553 on September 25, 2015, the interest rate for delay under the same Act is changed from 20% per annum to 15% per annum
