A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 27, 2017, at around 19:40, the Defendant driven a C rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the GSS sub-store No. 366, 17, an original 366, to the lower side of the lower post office of the Republic of Korea located at approximately 332, an original city.

Summary of Evidence

1. Statement by the defendant in court;

1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes to the ledger of driver's licenses;

1. Article 152 of the Act applicable to the facts constituting an offense and Articles 152 subparagraph 1 and 43 of the Road Traffic Act that choose a penalty;

1. The reason for sentencing under Article 62(1) of the Criminal Act, even though the defendant was punished four times for the same crime, he/she again committed the same crime.

However, the driving distance is short, and the situation is considered as driving for the sale of vehicles.

In full view of the above circumstances, the punishment as ordered shall be determined as above.
