1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a trade union established on July 2, 2002 and is a branch of the sports area and automobile trade union which is a unit trade union under the National Motor Vehicle Trade Union Federation, and is composed of the workers of B stock companies.

The plaintiff is the defendant's member.

B. The Defendant’s head of the branch office C held a standing committee on December 4, 2013 for the preparation of the next-term election for the head of the branch office, on the grounds that the term of office is expected to expire on June 30, 2014, on the one hand, for the election for the head of the election for the head of the branch office, and on the other hand, for the election for the head of the election for the head of the election for the head of the branch office, and on the other hand, for the election for the head of the election for the head of the election for the head of the election management committee. The Defendant’s chairman of the election management committee publicly announced that “D shall hold a branch office election on December 14, 2013; the period of candidate registration is from December 9, 2013 to December 12, 2013; the period of candidate registration is from December 5, 2013 to December 12, 2013; the period of candidate registration is required to (1) the application for candidate registration; and (2) the application for candidate registration is required to keep the order of election in the branch office that will be held indirectly from the temporary representative meeting on December 14, 2013.”

Accordingly, at the temporary representative conference held on December 14, 2013, C who obtained 10 votes from 12 representatives among the total 12 representatives was elected and hereinafter referred to as "the election of this case").

The defendant's chairman of the election management committee announced that C was elected as the head of the chapter on the same day.
