A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 12, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and KRW 3 million as a fine in the same court on February 9, 2012 with the same crime, respectively, in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch of the Daegu District Court on October 12, 2009.

1. On April 15, 2013, the Defendant, who violated the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license), once or more, driven a B bit car while under the influence of alcohol with a maximum of 0.105% alcohol concentration of 0.105% without a driver’s license in a section of about 2km from the front day of the lusc loan in the original city of Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul to the vicinity of the lusculation road in the Gumi-si.

Accordingly, the defendant presented to the above C a Class II ordinary driver's license under the name of the Commissioner of the Gyeong-do Police Agency, when he had been working in the above T-Ra car, and presented it to the above C as he was the driver's license for the defendant.

3. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. The Defendant forged a private document, based on the date and time set forth in Paragraph 2, and the place of the Defendant’s driver’s license, etc., presented a report on the state of the driver’s situation written by stating D’s resident registration number, address, driving circumstances, etc. based on D’s driver’s license, etc., the Defendant arbitrarily stated “D” in the driver’s confirmation column of the report and stamped the Defendant’s name

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of the report on the statement of the state of his driver under D, a private document related to the certification of facts.

B. The Defendant at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) is forged as above with a slope C who is aware of the forgery.
