Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A In the East Sea, a person who operates H in heading 202 of the G Building with Defendant D with a 50% share in the above game room, Defendant B, and C are the employees of the above game room.
1. No one shall engage in the activities of exchanging or arranging money exchange or re-purchasing intangible results obtained through the use of game products by the Defendants;
On October 25, 2014, from around 14:00 to October 14:10, 2014, the Defendants conspired to install 20 Y-A-140430-03) and 30 new posters game equipment (rating number:CC-N-130626-01) in each of the above H, and set up a maximum cumulative point of up to 9,99,900. Defendant B, and C were employed by Defendant A and D as employees, and exchanged 1,000 won to customers within the above game room by exchanging them with accumulated points of up to 1,000.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to exchange tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products and obtained profits equivalent to 13,227,000 won.
2. Defendant A and D deposited KRW 2,090,00, which is criminal proceeds acquired in the course of operating the speculative game site as described in paragraph (1), into the post office account in Defendant D’s name on October 27, 2014, and from around that time to November 10 of the same year, Defendant A and D deposited KRW 13,227,000 in total of criminal proceeds on six occasions, as shown in the annexed crime list, into the next account.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to pretend about the acquisition of criminal proceeds.
