Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was living together with the victim C from the end of 2013 to the end of June 2014.

1. On October 2, 2014, at around 04:13, the Defendant: (a) went beyond the body of the victim located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan; (b) opened a door before the entrance of the victim on the second floor; and (c) opened the door before the entrance of the victim on the second floor; (d) released the lock door glass that the victim did not respond to; and (e) went into the victim’s residence and infringed on the victim’s residence.

2. On November 24, 2014, the Defendant requested the victim to open a door in front of the entrance door of the victim on the second floor beyond his/her gate, who was in a same place on the same day as on November 24, 2014, and when the victim was able to respond to the request, he/she went into the victim’s residence after cutting down the lock door by shouldering him/her the front door glass, putting him/her hand his/her hand, and
