A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On July 13, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license at around 11:10 on July 13, 2015, driven B-house at approximately KRW 500 meters from the front of the 3-dong office in the Dong-dong, Kimhae-si, to the front of the Dong-dong elementary school in the same Dong-dong.
