1. The Defendant’s KRW 12,957,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from December 29, 2017 to February 2, 2018.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On May 7, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a construction contract with the Defendant, who is engaged in the construction business with the trade name of “C,” stipulating that “90,260,000 won for the construction cost of “90,260,000 construction cost” (excluding value-added tax) and “from April 30, 2015 to June 30, 2015” to complete the construction work (hereinafter “instant construction contract”).

4. Construction period: Commencement on April 30, 2015, and relocation on June 30, 2015;

6. Current payments;
(a) Advance payment: 20 percent (excluding value-added tax 1,800,000 won);
(b)Completion (i) 30% of the completed portion, 27,000,000 won (excluding value-added tax 2,70,000,000 won) (2) 45,260,000 won (excluding value-added tax 4,526,000 won) within 20 days from the date of completion of the object.
7. Items and quantities of paid materials: Russ 3 (in cases where it conforms to the short-term specifications, deduction of materials and expenses);
