A. The Plaintiff is a company running a technical service business, such as non-destructive testing. 2) The Defendant is a public corporation established pursuant to the Korea Gas Corporation Act for the purpose of contributing to the enhancement of convenience in people’s lives and the enhancement of public welfare by laying the foundation for the long-term stable supply of gas.
