A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The criminal organization of telecommunications fraud (hereinafter referred to as "singishing") shall have victims withdraw all the money in the account under the pretext of protecting their deposits by misrepresenting them to the prosecutor's office and other investigative agencies in the Republic of Korea, in order to commit a crime of telecommunications fraud in China.
