1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 45,147,614 with respect to the Plaintiff, and 5% per annum from May 23, 2014 to January 17, 2017.

On June 4, 2013: (a) Defendant B was registered as Defendant A’s owner on the road near Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the mandatory insurance provided by the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act (hereinafter “instant vehicle”) was driven by the Defendant D, which was not covered by the mandatory insurance policy; (b) said E, which was walking from the left side of the running direction to the lower left side of the instant vehicle; and (c) said E, which caused the said E to suffer injury, such as “the instant accident” (hereinafter “the instant accident”), i.e., e., the injury to the lower part of the left part of the sloping, the upper part of the right side, the upper part of the 1 to 5th part of the right, and the upper part of the 1 to 5th part of the 1 to 5th part of the 2013 automobile insurance money (hereinafter “the instant accident”), and the Plaintiff’s payment of the insurance money to the insured under the Automobile Insurance Contract, based on the agreement between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s evidence No. 2, evidence No.1 to 97, and evidence No. 97.

On the other hand, the Plaintiff has already been paid 50,024,570 won out of the above insurance money paid to 99,574,090 won by Hyundai Marine Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. and the construction site owner at the time.

According to this, Defendant B was a tort causing the instant accident, and Defendant A was registered as the owner of the instant vehicle as the operator of the instant vehicle, barring any other circumstances. Therefore, Defendant A was the same as seen earlier, and Defendant A was the owner of the instant vehicle, and thus, Defendant A was the owner of the said vehicle under the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act.
