Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a liquid cargo vehicle B.

Around 08:50 on December 22, 2013, the Defendant driven the above cargo, and led to the driving of the Sacheon-gu Sacheon-gu Sacheon-gu Sacheon-si to go through the kingdo-Eup's king-si Do-si Do-si Do-si.

Since there is a frequent traffic intersection, there was a duty of care to check the traffic situation of the intersection and to check the safety of the traffic.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and got the front part of the passenger bus driving by the victim C (year 41) who first entered the intersection from the Ahh bank to the small one-rith bank in the Ah bank by negligence of proceeding as it is, and was driven by the victim C (year 41) as the front part of the Defendant freight vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, sustained injury to the above victim C, such as a non-freshion fresh, etc., which requires approximately 4 weeks of treatment, injury to the victim E (V, 54 years of age) who was accompanied by the above bus for about 6 weeks of treatment, injury to the right fresh fresh, etc., in need of treatment for about 2 weeks of treatment, injury to the victim F (V, 56 years of age) who was accompanied by the bus for about 4 years of age, injury to the right fresh fresh, etc., in need of treatment for about 2 weeks of treatment, to the victim G (V, 44 years of age) who was accompanied by the above bus for about 52 weeks of treatment, injury to the left fresh and manageral salt in need of treatment for about 52 weeks of treatment, injury to the victim I and the victim I (V, 61 years of age) who was accompanied by the above bus for about 3 weeks of treatment, respectively.
