A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 21, 2013, the Defendant sent KRW 29,225,000 out of the daily academic seminars travel expenses of KRW 31,625,00 and the remainder of KRW 2,400,000 in the last 2,40,000 to 34 members of the Seocho-gu Seoul DD Building's Office at (ju) 601 of Jongno-gu Seoul DD Building, the Defendant made a false statement to the victimJ, who is a general secretary in the department of I major within the graduate school of the sublime University, to the effect that the Defendant would proceed with the Japanese academic seminars of KRW 31,625,00 in the first place.

However, since the above E is not good financial situation, it was planned to use it as expenses for other customers even if it was received from the victim in advance, and there was no intention or ability to provide the victim with the normally travel service.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, has received KRW 10,00,00 from the victim on January 21, 2013, KRW 5,000,000 around January 22, 2013, and KRW 9,00,000 around January 23, 2013, and KRW 3,225,00 around January 24, 2013, respectively, and received KRW 29,225,000 in total as travel expenses by obtaining approval for the telephone card from the victim on January 21, 2013.
