Punishment of the crime

On June 18, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for habitual larceny at the Daegu District Court (Seoul District Court) and completed the execution of the sentence on June 14, 2016.

On September 12, 2016, at around 01:50, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat that does not correct the HG vehicle parked by the victim E in the parking lot located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (b) stolen the property owned by the victims on five occasions in total from around that time to October 2016, by holding a saba, etc. with the victim’s market value equivalent to KRW 100,000, which was the back seat; and (c) theft of the property owned by the victim, as described in the list of crimes, between around that time and around October 2016.
